Welcome to Planet Earth Ventures Masterminds, where together we can help one another to change the world. The carefully curated forums comprise of like-minded business owners and founders all with the common goal of improving the planet.

Members can be from a variety of industries and at varying stages of growth - the common link is the planet. By having a diverse mix of members helps to foster an environment of diversity, different skillsets and experiences. It doesn’t matter if you are a consumer products business, tackling ocean health, helping to solve the energy crisis, solving food waste or developing plastic alternatives - all types of organisations are welcome. If you’re a B Corp, aligned to UN SDGs or similar, then we’re a match!

Aside from having a facilitated monthly meeting, there will be opportunities to bring in guest speakers for topics that suit each group - this may range from mental health experts, to VCs, to accountants, to branding experts, sustainability experts, executive coaches, AI experts, service providers and more. In between meetings, there are Slack channels and Notion pages to keep in touch through the month.

WHO’S IT FOR?

💼 Business Type: Industry Agnostic, but we only look to select companies that are focused on improving the outlook for our planet - as long as the business has sustainable initiatives and goals in place or are focused on implementing their sustainability goals. 📍 Location: Australia (in-person) & Rest of the World (remote)

HOW IT WORKS.

  • - Each Mastermind group meets for 3-4 hours each month - meetings to be held remotely online or in person, preferably rotating from between each business premises (depending on the preference of the group). The date and time of the meeting will be agreed amongst the group.

    - There are 10 meetings per year.

    - Each Mastermind group is assigned a Planet Earth Ventures facilitator to plan, run and coordinate the group.

    - The facilitator will arrange the sessions, the guest speakers, the accountability reporting and more.

    - There are also Private and Community Slack channels and a Notion page for ongoing communications, check-ins and reporting in between meetings.

  • - The members of each group need to be from non-competing businesses.

    - Prior to joining, each prospective Mastermind member will complete an expression of interest, followed by an introductory phone call. This helps to unpack the members’ motives for joining, their level of commitment, any conflicts of interest and more.

    - The dynamic and diversity of the group is integral to the success.

    - Group sizes vary, but we typically aim for 6-10 members

  • - Commitment is key to the success of the group. It is imperative that each member has the group and meeting as a top priority.

    - Each member has:

    - A commitment to confidentiality

    - A commitment to supportive communication

    - A commitment to active participation

    - A commitment to working towards improving the outlook for our Planet

    - Each member signs up to the Code of Conduct to ensure alignment with the values and commitment to the process

  • - The intention of the Mastermind is that it is a safe and confidential space for members to share deep insights into their personal and business wellbeing.

    - With each member leaning into this process, an environment of openness and connection is fostered.

    - At times there may be common areas that the group would like to deep dive into. For these sessions, a guest speaker can be arranged to assist with the session if needed.

  • - The cost is $5,000 + GST per member. This expense may be tax deductible (check with your accountant). A $500 refundable deposit is paid to secure a place.

    - Your deposit is fully-refundable if your circumstances change more than 14 days before the Course start date. Within 14 days, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

    - Please note, we need a minimum number of participants to run the groups, and if we don’t reach the minimum prior to the start date, we will:
    1) postpone the start date
    2) fully refund you your deposit, and
    3) advise you of the next expected Mastermind start date.

    - Fee relief may be available for people facing financial hardship, get in touch to discuss.
